At TurboComplianceSM, our core competency lies in working with our attorney and CPA firm partners to dissect compliance policies and procedures and formulate solutions which automate the daily work load. In that regard, we have read thousands of privacy polices, and completely understand your rights related thereto.

BY USING THE TURBOCOMPLIANCE WEBSITE, YOU, PERSONALLY AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYER (HEREINAFTER REFERENCED AS YOU) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY GOVERNING THE USE INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT DURING YOUR USE OF TURBOCOMPLIANCE.COM (HEREINAFTER REFERENCED AS WEBSITE). IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU," "YOUR" OR USER SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AS WELL. TurboCompliance requires that senior management, developers, system administrators, implementation consultants and other personal protect the personal information that you may provide to us. We would like to take this opportunity to explain our policies and practices regarding the use and disclosure of your personal information. Please note that our counsel reviews this Privacy Policy from time to time, and may update the same without notice. Consequently, please review the terms of this policy periodically to familiarize yourself with how we collect and use personal information.

Section I. Personal Information.
You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our Web Site without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have your personal information in order for us to grant you an access to our protected and secured areas, in particular establishing and maintaining a TurboDoc Share Account. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), as well as other information ("User Information"). When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list. If you have any questions in this regard, please reference the last paragraph of this policy for the appropriate procedure.

Section II. Use of Collected Personal Information.
We intend to use your personal information to support your relationship with TurboCompliance by designating Web site content suitable for your use as well as providing alerts of new compliance modules, managed solutions and consultancy services as these become available. Personal information may be retained by TurboCompliance to verify your compliance with any agreements between you and TurboCompliance, to keep track of the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to better serve you, or to simply contact you either electronically or otherwise. If you decide that we should not use your personal Information to contact you, please notify us via the procedure set forth in the last paragraph of this Policy. We do not knowingly accept personal information from individuals less than 18 years of age. Upon the discovery of the same, such information is immediately purged.

Section III. Disclosure of Collected Personal Information.
TurboCompliance does not sell, trade or transfer personal information to third parties. However, we retain the right to share such information with our alliance partners for marketing, advertising or other promotional purposes. Additionally, TurboCompliance may use your personal information if: we have your consent; we need to share it in order to provide you with the compliance modules, managed solutions, consultancy services or the like; we respond to a court order or you violate our Terms of Use. You may separately agree to provide your personal information to third parties that provide content for TurboCompliance in order to access and/or use their products and/or services. If you agree to provide such information to these third parties, then your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies.

Section IV. Accuracy and Security.
The accuracy and security of your personal information is important to TurboCompliance. Currently, you may review and request updates to your personal information retained by TurboCompliance, as we maintain the same in a version of the TurboCompliance Managed Solution we developed to automate the administration of our entire firm. If you contact us to correct your personal information, we will attempt to correct such inaccuracies in a timely manner. TurboCompliance is concerned with the security of your user information and is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access and use. To that end, we maintain the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial policies and procedures to secure your personal information. We also continue to implement procedures to maintain accurate, complete and current user information.

Section V. Usernames and Passwords.
Access to certain content on our Web site may be allowed under a written agreement between you or your employer and TurboCompliance and will require a username and/or password. In some cases, failure to provide personal information may prevent you from accessing Web site content containing certain confidential information ("Offerings"). By accessing and using the protected and secured areas of our Web site(s), you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password you selected to access such information and consent to our Terms of Use.

Section VI. Cookies.
TurboCompliance uses "cookies". A cookie is a small data file that a web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to keep records of the visits to such site. A cookie contains information such as your username and password that helps us recognize the pages you have visited and improve future visits, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is the information that you provide yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. Information stored in cookies may be encrypted, however, we do not store your credit card number in cookies. If you prefer not to accept a cookie, you can set your Web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) to warn you before accepting cookies or you can refuse all cookies by turning them off in your Web browser. However, access to our secured Web site(s) requires the use of per-session cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer, in which you must enable only cookies that get sent back to the originating server. Otherwise, you can still access most of the features on our Web site even without accepting a cookie.

Our Web Site may provide links to web sites maintained, and under the control of third parties. Even if the third party is affiliated with TurboCompliance through a strategic alliance or otherwise, TurboCompliance is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of such external links.
