During the assessment phase, a TurboCompliance^® implementation consultant identifies and evaluates your unique operational processes, compliance procedures as well as technical requirements and other project constraints.

Additionally, the implementation consultant must ascertain each issue related to compliance procedures, risk mitigation as well as operational efficiency.

During this phase we routinely work with one of our Alliance Partners who comprise the top law firms and CPA firms located in the major financial centers.

At the conclusion of this phase, the implementation consultant drafts a Statement of Work that provides the basis for:

• The design and development of your firm’s version of TurboCompliance.
• The implementation and roll-out of your TurboCompliance platform.
