Since TurboCompliance^SM automatically identifies the sender of each email, the Turbo SPAM Blocker intelligently identifies and eliminates SPAM, by:

• Recognizing that the incoming email is not associated with a current contact, customer, client or firm personnel, (i.e., an “Unknown Sender”)
• Routing incoming email from an unknown sender to the EMAIL GUARD folder, PENDING sub-folder
• Dispatching an email to the unknown sender requesting specific information to verify their identity
• Upon verification, delivering the message in a highlighted fashion to alert the user as to the unique status of the email
